Kalena Lewandowski, RMT
My journey to becoming a RMT began in theatre. I grew up in the small hamlet of Rosebud, Alberta where I was raised by artists in a valley built on art. This is where she learned the importance of connecting to one's body and how that relationship has the power to dictate your life; with this belief in mind I began studying at MaKami College, graduated in April 2026, and has found such joy in helping others reconnect with their bodies by easing their pain, allowing them to slow down if only for an hour, and better understand how to care for themselves and the body they were gifted to live in.
